I’m participating in Run 4 Their Lives to support HBOT4Heroes and its mission to bring hope and healing to veterans living with PTSD and traumatic brain injury.

For some veterans, the invisible wounds of war can become so overwhelming that suicide feels like the only way out. HBOT4Heroes is bringing our heroes hope through restoring brain health by providing access to Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) at no cost to the veterans they serve.

Among veterans with suicidal ideation treated through the HBOT4Heroes program, 58% experienced complete resolution of those dark thoughts.

That number is why I’m running. Behind every statistic is a veteran, a family, a spouse, a child, and a life that matters.
