Suit up. Show up. Save lives.
Held during National Suicide Prevention Week, the HBOT4Heroes’ Run 4 Their Lives 5K isn’t just a race—it’s a call to action. A moment to honor those we’ve lost. A rally to support those still fighting. A mission to bring real hope to real people.
Every step you take helps raise funds for HBOT4Heroes, a nonprofit delivering Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT)—a life-saving treatment for those battling traumatic brain injuries, PTSD, and suicidal ideation. This includes veterans, first responders, survivors, and everyday heroes who deserve a second chance.
Why We Run
Because 44 veterans die by suicide every day.
Because first responders are burning out and falling through the cracks.
Because people you know—and people you love—may be fighting silent battles.
We run to say: You are not forgotten. You are not alone. And we are not done fighting.
About the Race
This is a superhero-themed, family-friendly, and fully inclusive 5K event.

- Dedicate a cape to your personal hero at the Cape Station
- Add a Tribute Trail sign in honor, memory, or support of someone who matters to you
- Create a team and raise funds together
- Run virtually from anywhere in the world
Why It Matters
HBOT is giving people back their lives. It's restoring clarity, reducing suicidal thoughts, healing trauma, and offering hope when nothing else has worked.
And yet, most people who need it can't access it.
THAT'S why we run. To fund treatment. To fight for access. To save lives.
This isn't just about miles - It's about meaning. We Run for Their lives - because every step and every dollar can help save one.

Add Meaning to Your Miles
This isn’t just a race—it’s your chance to show up for someone who matters.
Whether you're running for a loved one lost, someone still fighting, or your own healing journey, we invite you to make your participation deeply personal.
Our Cape Dedication, Tribute Trail Posters, and Virtual Tribute Signs give you the opportunity to honor, remember, or celebrate the people who inspire your steps.
These stories turn a 5K into a mission.
They turn participants into heroes.
They remind us why every step counts.
Choose how you want to carry your message on race day—or from wherever you are.
Your story belongs on this trail.
Because We Run for Their Lives—and now, you can too.
